Mastering the Human Dynamic
It doesn't get more interactive than this! Participants learn the concepts of emotional intelligence, communication, listening, trust, influence, problem solving, negotiation, teaming, instilling accountability, and conflict management. Each lesson concludes with a group activity that demonstrates and instills the lesson concepts. Group discussions and action plans help bridge the concepts into action and results outside of the classroom.
Intended for everyone who works with others in any capacity. Especially effective for formal and informal leaders, managers, supervisors, and high-potentials.

Creating and Delivering Professional Presentations
Overcome the #1 fear: Public Speaking. Participants master content development, tools to enhance the message, and delivery methods that enhance credibility and professionalism. One-on-one feedback sessions with a professional class facilitator/speaker personalize the learning experience and heighten the workshop outcomes. Participants will develop, practice, and present in face-to-face forums and in virtual forums. Presentations will be videoed for analysis and become the property of the participant.
Limited to 10 participants per class to ensure quality.
Effective Meeting Facilitation
Who hasn't attended an unproductive meeting? More importantly, who is running these things? Answer: All of Us!
Meetings are important tools to deliver results, but can turn into the biggest resource suckers in our lives. Participants apply meeting basics from developing realistic agendas, inviting the "right" participants, neutralizing debilitating attendee behaviors, and creating timely minutes. Beyond that, participants actively use new and refined meeting leadership and facilitation tools and techniques and craft their own "Facilitation Toolbox." We cover face-to-face and virtual meetings concepts.

Managing Change: Farmers, Chickens, and Pigs
Programs, projects, and shifts in strategic vision impact people and organizations in many ways. Learn to understand perceptions on change and why people either resist or embrace change. Participants use a case study to analyze change from various perspectives and craft change management strategies that move stakeholders through stages of change acceptance.
Our Program Approach
We recommend that clients develop project management skills with their organizations by using a program approach. Programs can be customized with other workshops to better fit the needs of your organization. Ideally, each program is delivered over 8 to 12 weeks, providing participants to practice the concepts from each workshop prior to learning additional skills.
